Fall semester's biggest campus celebration is being organized, starting with the selection of the Homecoming Royalty Court, for which applications are now open online. Any full-time student with at least 75 hours completed and a 2.75 cumulative GPA is eligible.
There are three separate application tracks: Academics, Athletics and Involvement.
Academics is not meant solely for high-GPA or Honors students; it is for those who have made an impact through academics, such as teacher's assistants, research assistants, tutors and more.
Athletics is not limited to University of Nebraska varsity sports. Sports like intramural sports, horseback riding, club sports and more are included.
Involvement includes all university and community organizations except athletics. This track includes RSOs, fraternities, sororities and volunteer organizations in the university and the Lincoln community.
The deadline to apply for Homecoming Royalty Court is March 26 at 4 p.m.
