Organizational Development and Training is offering a series of workshops in April to help employees boost skills and confidence. The April NRICH Professional Development sessions include:

- NRICH: Unlocking the Power of ChatGPT: A Guide to Boosting Productivity and Efficiency, 11 a.m. to noon, April 10, Nebraska Union;
- NRICH: Supportive Supervision: The Crucial Role of Supervisors in Employee Development, 11 a.m. to noon, April 14, Love Library South;
- NRICH: Boosting Confidence and Self-Efficacy: Key Strategies for Professional Growth, 11 a.m. to noon, April 17, Nebraska Union;
- NRICH: Engage the Room: Strategies for Effective Presentations, 10 to 11:30 a.m., April 23, Nebraska Union; and
- NRICH: Strategies for Being an Effective Supervisor; 2 to 3 p.m., April 29, via Zoom.
