Nebraska Public Media’s “Backyard Farmer” television series will record an episode at the “Backyard Farmer” Garden on the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s East Campus, and the public is invited.
This free event is at 6 p.m. June 18 at the garden, 3850 Center St. Audience members are asked to bring their own lawn chairs. This episode of the popular lawn and garden series will air at 7 p.m. June 20 on Nebraska Public Media.

The longest running, locally produced television series in the nation, “Backyard Farmer” airs on Nebraska Public Media Thursdays at 7 p.m. through September. It repeats at 10 a.m. Saturdays on Nebraska Public Media and at 4 p.m. Sundays and 5 p.m. Mondays on Create.
