The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s annual Bike Fest is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 7 on the Nebraska Union Plaza.
The event, which is free and open to the public, is a celebration of biking as a sustainable and affordable mode of transportation. The event will feature booths with information from community and sustainability organizations, a bike-powered smoothie machine, and a mobile bike shop.
