
Award-winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth and Cuban-American jazz musician Arturo Sandoval are coming to the Lied Center for Performing Arts in November.

November’s shows:
“An Intimate Evening with Kristin Chenoweth,” Nov. 2, 7:30 p.m. – In a career that spans film, television and stage, Chenoweth originated the role of Glinda the Good Witch in the Broadway hit “Wicked” and is a Tony and Emmy Award winner. She brings her powerful voice to the Lied for a performance of popular songs from Broadway and the Great American Songbook.
Arturo Sandoval, Nov. 29, 7:30 p.m. – Born in the outskirts of Havana and a protégé of jazz legend Dizzy Gillespie, Sandoval has evolved into one of the most dynamic performers of modern times. A 10-time Grammy winner, he continues to burn through Afro-Cuban grooves, tear up bebop lines and honor the memory of Gillespie through his signature playing.
