After more than 50 miles on foot from Omaha to Lincoln, University of Nebraska–Lincoln student veterans completed the final stretch of their annual ruck march to Memorial Stadium, delivering the game ball to Troy Dannen, athletic director. The ruck — which, in the military means walking or running with a weighted rucksack — honors fallen service members and raises awareness for veteran suicide prevention.
