Confucius Institute cooking class is Oct. 16

An Oct. 16 cooking class offered by the Confucius Institute will include information on how to prepare crab rangoons and sweet and sour pork.

The Confucius Institute will be hosting a Chinese cooking class from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 16 in Leverton Hall, Room 206. Cost is $20 and space is limited.

The cooking class will feature sweet and sour pork, and crab rangoon. In class, step-by-step instructions and demonstrations will be given for recipes.

The class is limited to 20 people. The nonrefundable class fee covers the expense of ingredients, handouts, food tasting and beverages.
