The Confucius Institute will be hosting a Chinese cooking class from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 26 in Leverton Hall, Room 206. Cost is $20 and space is limited.
The cooking class will feature salty crispy chicken and sweet and sour shrimp. In class, step-by-step instructions and demonstrations will be given for recipes.
The class is limited to 20 people. The nonrefundable class fee covers the expense of ingredients, handouts, food tasting and beverages.
