Nebraska and the University of Iowa will put their rivalry to the test during the Corn Bowl Blood Drive, an annual event taking place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 13 and 14 at the Nebraska Union Plaza.
The winner of the challenge, hosted by Nebraska’s Innocents Society and the University of Iowa’s President’s Leadership Society, is decided by how many pints are donated by each school. Nebraska has won the challenge for the past six years.
Blood drive participants will receive a free t-shirt and pint of custard from Culver’s. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register on the Nebraska Community Blood Bank website.
