Digital Humanities is hosting an online version of DH Afternoons at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 5 via Zoom.
DH Afternoons is a forum dedicated to supporting, exploring and celebrating the digital humanities work done at Nebraska. Presenters for the Nov. 5 session are Veronica N. Duran, a doctoral candidate in history, who will discuss “Nuestras Historias: Chicanos Form Mexican Student Organization at University of Nebraska–Lincoln;” and Robert Shepard, assistant professor in geography, who will present “Historical GIS and the Experiential Perspective.”
There will be time for questions and open discussion after the two 20-minute presentations.
