Nebraska’s Indian Students Association will host a Diwali celebration from 5:30 to 11 p.m. Dec. 1 in the Nebraska Union, Centennial Room. The event is open to all faculty, staff, and students.

Diwali is the largest annual festival in India. It signifies the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. Attendees will experience Indian dance, music, food and culture.

Fees are $30 for staff and faculty, $20 for students, and $15 for Indian Students Association members. Those interested in attending can register for tickets here.
