The Employee Assistance Program is offering the event “Exploring Mental Health Through Art” for Mental Health Awareness Month 11 a.m. to noon May 2 at the Sheldon Museum of Art.
Join fellow University of Nebraska–Lincoln staff on a scavenger hunt to find artworks at Sheldon Museum of Art that were selected to spark conversations related to mental health. The visual arts and creativity can play a significant role in giving solace or inspiration to the multiple moods of the mind, as well as supporting our mental health.
