The Employee Assistance Program is launching a professional development group with sessions starting from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Nebraska Union.
Staff and faculty are invited to join the monthly campus group focused on sharing key ways to bring your best self to work and build more rewarding relationships at work. This unique platform will help attendees develop practical tools to enhance work performance and encourage authentic engagement.

Effective conversation skills for engaged feedback
Increasing productivity and purpose
Reset and bounce back: positive coping strategies for reducing work stress
Tips for professional boundaries and email etiquette
Qualities needed to build sound relationships with colleagues
