Faculty, staff and students can keep up with the latest updates on COVID-19 through free digital access to The New York Times.
Free digital subscriptions became available to anyone with a university email address last July through the Association of Students at the University of Nebraska. ASUN made the subscription available to encourage more students to engage with the news and reduce the waste associated with the production and shipping of paper copies.
To activate the subscription, visit accessnyt.com and search for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Users will be prompted to either make a new account or register with an existing one. The subscriptions last for one year, at which point they can be renewed for free once more.
For more information on the subscriptions, email asun1@unl.edu.
