Will Dewey, programmer and analyst from University Libraries, will share his family research focusing on the Louisiana branch of his family, which is where he has made the most interesting discoveries through Ancestry.com, during the next Genealogy over Lunch.
The session will be 11:30 a.m. Nov. 20 via Zoom. Once you have registered, a Zoom link will be in the confirmation. A reminder will be distributed the morning of the presentation.
Dewey will share how he used family trees and historical records from Ancestry, and discovered French voyageur and Sephardic Jewish ancestors.
Genealogy over Lunch is a University Libraries’ group designed to help individuals explore and organize family history. All students, faculty, emeriti and staff are welcome.
