The Genealogy Over Lunch group meets in Love Library.
Genealogy Over Lunch, a University Libraries’ group designed to help individuals explore and organize family history, will meet at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 17 in Love Library South, Room 318.
The presentation will explore how tracking family history can expand through exploration of major historical events like war, famine, disease and migrations. Sometimes, searches of this type can reveal historically relevant ancestors.
Genealogy Over Lunch is open to all faculty, staff and students. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch to the meeting and share family history stories.
