This discussion is part of the College of Business’ “Power of Positivity” series. Hodge’s presentation will focus on actions that we can take to spread positivity, dare to take up space, and own our individual talents to accomplish our goals. All are welcome to attend this virtual event.
Hodges is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. He works with individuals and teams to maximize their strengths and increase performance, engagement and well-being in their education, career and throughout their lives. Hodges has enjoyed a 20-year career as a research consultant at Gallup, Inc. His work at Gallup has included leading research projects in strengths development, employee selection and employee engagement with a variety of clients in education and business. Hodges has delivered hundreds of presentations and written dozens of journal articles, research reports and academic book chapters.
