Chancellor Rodney D. Bennett joined members of the military community, faculty, staff and guests in observing University of Nebraska–Lincoln ROTC cadets as they were honored during the annual Chancellor’s ROTC Review on April 17 in Cook Pavilion.

The event highlights the leadership, discipline and dedication of cadets from the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps programs. Organized by the Big Red Battalion, the review includes military drills, formation parades and honors, celebrating the university’s longstanding support for military service and education.

In a social media post following the event, Bennett expressed his appreciation for the commitment of Nebraska's ROTC cadets.

"I am so proud of our Huskers at today's Chancellor's ROTC review," he said. "You have exceeded my expectations and all previous reports of your attention to detail and high standards of excellence. I congratulate you on a job well done."
