In observance of Women’s History Month, Nebraska Today has partnered with the Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of Women to feature female office/service staff who go above and beyond in their work at Dear Old Nebraska U. This Women of Service series will run in Nebraska Today through March 31.
The series continues today with Teri Kaluza, a customer service and project associate with the College of Education and Human Sciences’ Pixel Lab. She was nominated by Haley Apel, director of strategic communications for the college.
In her work, Kaluza greets and helps customers to the Pixel Lab. Her goal is to ensure that the lab operates smoothly each day.
“Teri goes above and beyond to ensure customers, oftentimes students, have a positive experience,” Apel said. “Her supportive nature and attention to detail reassures our customers that their project will come to life just as they envisioned.”
Kaluza sat down with the Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of Women to discuss what inspires her on and off campus.
