Kiplinger’s Personal Finance has named UNL among its Top 100 Best Values in Public Colleges for 2014. The university checked in at No. 83, joining eight other Big Ten schools on the annual list.

UNL landed on the annual list thanks to its high four-year graduation rate, low average student debt at graduation, abundant financial aid, a low sticker price and overall great value, according to the magazine’s editors.

It is the 10th straight year that UNL has appeared in Kiplinger’s Top 100. Other Big Ten schools honored by Kiplinger’s were the University of Wisconsin, the Ohio State University, Indiana University, Purdue University, Michigan State University, the University of Minnesota, Penn State University, and the University of Iowa.
