An open house at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln will showcase one of the largest miniature collections in the country.
From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, the university's Kruger Collection of Miniature Furniture and Decorative Arts will be open for a behind-the-scenes tour. The exhibition "Dream Space | Play Space: Celebrating the Imagination of Childhood and the Magic of a Miniature," which includes 12 scenes that examine childhood fantasies, fears and pleasures, will also be featured. The museum is located in Architecture Hall.
