The Broader Considerations of Technology Lecture Series is beginning with a presentation on Artificial Intelligence and Employment that will address how artificial intelligence could affect the future of employment 6 p.m. April 4 in Avery Hall’s Room 106.
The lecture will be delivered by four professors from the Computer Science, Economics, Law and Philosophy departments on campus.
The event is free and open to the public.
There will be a reception before the lecture 5:30 in Avery Hall’s Room 348 with refreshments.
The lecture aims to consider the different perspectives of developing technologies and their impacts on the future in a variety of ways.
This goal is to be achieved by bringing in a multitude of fields of study to add their say to the conversation.
