Meeting goats from Shepard's Rest Goat and Sheep Rescue are among one of several activities the Libraries will be hosting for students to unwind while prepping for finals.
University Libraries will host activities, including cuddling with goats and extended hours during finals week. The complete schedule is listed below.
Dec. 10
- Calming Crafts: DIY Fidgets, 3 to 5 p.m., Love Library South, Room 221 (Peterson Room) — Make polymer clay worry stones and beaded fidget snakes. Relax, recharge and craft your way to calm before finals week!
Dec. 11
- Big Red Pawp-Up, noon to 1:30 p.m., Love Library South, Room 221 (Peterson Room)
- International Write-In, 6 to 9 p.m., Love Library North, second floor Link. Co-sponsor is The Writing Center. Drop-in consultations offered.
Dec. 14 to 18
- Hours in the Adele Hall Learning Commons and the Dinsdale Family Learning Commons on East Campus are extended to 2 a.m.
Dec. 15
- Meet the GOATs, 3 to 5 p.m., Love Library South, Room 221 (Peterson Room) — Take a break and goat your worries away with cuddles from two adorable friends from Shepard's Rest Goat and Sheep Rescue.
