Nebraska Ambassadors Forum is Oct. 29

Willa Cather Dining Center

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln is hosting the 2024 Nebraska Ambassadors Forum, an event bringing distinguished diplomats to campus.

The forum is 2:30-4 p.m. Oct. 29 in the Red Cloud Room at Willa Cather Dining Complex.

Students, faculty and the general public are encouraged to attend, with registration now open. Space is limited, so early registration is highly recommended.

This year’s forum, developed by the American Academy of Diplomacy in partnership with the University of Nebraska and Burlington Capital, focuses on a theme of critical importance: Southeast Asia – U.S. Economics, Security, and Diplomacy.

The Nebraska Ambassadors Forum provides a unique opportunity for attendees to gain valuable insights from seasoned diplomatic practitioners on these key topics that shape global relations.

The Nebraska Ambassadors Forum is a longstanding program that brings experts in international diplomacy to the University of Nebraska. Through interactive discussions, students and participants can learn about the real-world challenges and strategies in global diplomacy, with a focus this year on Southeast Asia's growing influence on U.S. economic and security interests.
Details on the participating diplomats and additional background on the forum can be found on the event's website. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with leaders in diplomacy and global affairs!
