The next session of Genealogy over Lunch will feature new primary source collections in the Libraries collection.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Libraries, with the help of the Big Ten Academic Alliance, has access to 69 new primary source collections on the Adam Matthew platform, covering a wide range of subjects, including history, literature and culture.

A few of the resources will be of interest to family historians. Joanie Barnes will demo a few of the titles including “Migration to the New World,” “Service Newspapers of World War II,” “Frontier Life,” and Nebraska Homestead information in Fold3.

The online discussion will be 11:30 a.m. Jan. 19. Register to receive the Zoom link.

Genealogy over Lunch is a University Libraries’ group designed to help individuals explore and organize family history, which meets every third Thursday of the month. The group welcomes all faculty, staff and students.
