The next Meal Kit Monday — offered by the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center — will feature three entrée options: chicken tacos with radish pico de gallo, cajun shrimp and spinach artichoke pasta bake.
Offered monthly, the Meal Kit Monday program is intended to make meal time easier for members of the campus community. It allows individuals to pre-order meal kits for $15 per meal from the Wellness Kitchen. The meals — which serve four and can be prepared in under an hour — are available for pickup between 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Wellness Kitchen inside the Rec and Wellness Center.
Registration for meal kits, due by 5 p.m. Oct. 30, is available on the Campus Recreation website.
