Organizational Development and Training will host the NCLUDE Spring Gathering, 9 to 11 a.m. April 24 at the Nebraska Union's Regency Suite. All NCLUDE members and anyone curious about joining the learning community are invited for a morning of connection and inspiration.
Attendees will network with fellow NCLUDE members to expand their professional and personal community, delve into the valuable lessons gleaned from small learning group discussions, spotlight the everyday actions that are making the University of Nebraska–Lincoln a more welcoming community for everyone, and join in recognizing and celebrating the small, yet powerful, steps being taken to foster a stronger sense of belonging.
NCLUDE learning groups provide a safe and supportive space for candid conversations about community and belonging. Through focused introspection and dialogue, groups build relationships and foster understanding across students, faculty, staff, alumni and the wider community. Whether a seasoned NCLUDE member or simply curious about the mission, this gathering is for you.
