The 2026 University of Nebraska–Lincoln All-Staff Conference will be July 29-30, featuring schedule changes, expanded programming and a new location for the closing celebration. Registration is now open.
Several updates were developed in response to staff feedback and are intended to increase opportunities for professional development, networking and engagement.
A new pre-conference program on July 29 will offer two morning sessions before the conference's afternoon kickoff. The schedule includes a 90-minute workshop from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and a 60-minute session from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Seating is limited for the morning sessions.
Conference Experiences, which previously took place only at the end of the first day, will be offered throughout the conference. Because participation is limited, attendees are encouraged to review registration options in advance.
The conference also will expand virtual offerings, with one session during each time block available exclusively online.
On July 30, lunch will be offered during three flexible time blocks. A conferencewide break from noon to 12:45 p.m. will provide time for networking and select Conference Experiences.
The closing Grand Finale Reception and Awards ceremony will move to the Nebraska Union. The event will include recognition of eight staff award recipients, a reception and prize drawings.
Annual conference traditions will continue, including the opening keynote at 1 p.m. July 29 and Staff Senate district town halls from 2 to 2:45 p.m. July 30.
Conference organizers also are seeking volunteers for a variety of roles throughout the event.
