Human Resources will host a 2025 pre-retirement seminar from 1 to 4:15 p.m. April 8 in the Nebraska East Union's Great Plains Room. The event, which is for employees 50 years old and older, will be offered in person and via livestream. Anyone attending must register online.
The seminar will include presentations from Nebraska SHIP, Fidelity, Human Resources, Social Security Administration, the NU Foundation and the university’s Emeriti and Retiree Association. There will also be an opportunity to visit with TIAA, OLLI, Campus Rec, Husker Tech, Union Bank & Trust, University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union, Fidelity, EAP and others.
the seminar will be recorded and available to view on the Human Resources website a few days after the seminar is held.
