American Red Cross swim lessons for both adults and children begin the week of Feb. 5 through Campus Recreation. Classes run for five weeks and are held at Mabel Lee Hall Pool.
Registration deadline for the first session is Jan. 31. Registration deadline for the second session is Mar. 21. Classes include:
Parent and child aquatics (Ages 6 months-3 years) Class times are from 6 to 6:30 p.m., Mondays and Fridays, Feb. 5 through March 9 or March 26 through April 27. Registration fees are $35 for students and members or $45 for non-members
Preschool aquatics (Ages 4-5 years) Class times are 5:15 to 5:45 p.m. or 6:15 to 6:45 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 6 through March 8 or March 27 through April 26. Registration fees are $50 for students and members or $60 for non-members.
Child learn-to-swim lessons (Ages 6-11 years) Class times are 5:15 to 6 p.m. or 6:15 to 7 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 6 through March 8 or March 27 through April 26. Registration fees are $50 for students and members or $60 for non-members.
Adult learn-to-swim Monday class times are 6:30 to 7:15 p.m., Feb. 5 through March 5 or March 26 through April 23. Wednesday class times are 5:15 to 6 p.m., Feb. 7 through March 7 or March 28 through April 25. Registration fees are $24 for students and members or $32 for non-members.
