A retirement reception for Claire Schwinck, a member of the university's Procure to Pay team, is 1 to 3 p.m. May 22 at the Facilities Management and Planning Building, 1901 Y Street. The event is open to the campus community.
Schwink has served more than 25 years on campus, beginning in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln main accounting office, spending many years with the University of Nebraska Press, and most recently with the P2P organization. Throughout her career, she has been a dependable presence in invoice processing, international wires and customer service — always delivering her work with a smile.
Schwink is now looking forward to new adventures, traveling in her Subaru, and spending more time with family and friends.
