Learning from the last two years, many universities and private businesses have developed policies that offer flexible work options to some staff employees.
The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Future of Work committee is seeking input from staff regarding their work experiences and satisfaction through an anonymous survey. Data collected will help campus leadership better understand lessons learned about working through the COVID-19 pandemic and how to apply those lessons to future work settings and policies.
The survey, available here, will be open for two weeks.
