Summer grill outs continue with Brazilian BBQ

The East Campus Dining Center's Summer Grill Out series continues July 18 with a focus on Brazil. The event is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Nebraska East Union. It is open to the campus community and public. Cost is at regular Dining Services pricing.

The July 18 menu includes Brazilian lemon garlic chicken kabobs; Brazilian beef kabobs; chimichurri sauce; onion and garlic rice; glazed leaks; and hearts of palm and tomato salad.

Offered each summer, the Dining Services series explores regional and culturally-inspired barbecues each week. The grill outs are held outside whenever possible.
