The annual Supplier Showcase, sponsored by Procurement Services, is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 16 in the Nebraska Union Centennial Room.
The event allows faculty and staff to meet suppliers they work with throughout the year. The event features software demonstrations, new furniture options and office enhancements.
More than 500 attended the 2017 showcase.
“The showcase is all about networking and providing access to knowledge,” said Maggie Witt, director of procurement services. “It offers campus stakeholders an opportunity to interact with procurement and our suppliers, ask questions, learn about new products and available services, and make connections. The showcase also provides opportunities for education on key topics of interest.”
More than 80 suppliers and university service departments will be on hand to meet, educate and answer questions. Learn more about the registered suppliers.
Throughout the day, breakout sessions are offered on a variety of topics, including computer standards, contracting, Concur and household moves. Advance registration for the breakout sessions is required. A complete list of sessions is available online](https://procurement.unl.edu/breakout-sessions).
