Kåre R. Aas, Norway’s ambassador to the United States, will hold a virtual conversation from 10 to 11 a.m. April 5 in the Nebraska Union, Heritage Room.
The discussion will be about the socio-economic and environmental challenges of a changing Arctic and the possible impacts to Nebraska and the central United States.
