Volunteers sought for 2025 All-Staff Conference

Get ready for an engaging and collaborative experience at the 2025 All-Staff Conference, scheduled July 22-23 in Howard L. Hawks Hall. 

This annual event provides a valuable opportunity for connection, learning and growth for all staff members, and volunteers are needed. Sign up online.

Volunteering at the All-Staff Conference is a way to contribute to the positive atmosphere and smooth operation of this event. It's also a chance to connect with fellow staff members from across the university and gain a unique behind-the-scenes perspective. 

Volunteer roles available include:

  • Set-up crew 
  • Check-in table 
  • Session moderator 
  • Float 
  • Closing/reception moderator
  • Tear-down crew 
  • Staff experience guide 

Upon signing up for a volunteer role, you will receive detailed information regarding your specific assignment. To ensure you feel well prepared and to address any inquiries, we will also be hosting three optional Zoom touch-base sessions leading up to the conference. Details regarding the dates and times for these virtual meetings will be included in your assignment communication.
