Agricultural economist Jim Jansen produces the <a href="https://agecon.unl.edu/nebraska-farmland-values-and-cash-rental-rates-2023#:~:text=The%20market%20value%20of%20agricultural,Figure%201%20and%20Table%201">Nebraska Farm Real Estate Market Survey</a>, an annual report on Nebraska farmland values and cash rental rates. His research focuses on finance, policy, and agricultural real estate. As a member of the Nebraska Extension team, Jansen provides risk management solutions for farmers and ranchers.
