Wilson joined the University of Nebraska College of Law faculty in 1993. She teaches banking law, sale payments law, secured transactions, bankruptcy and electronic commerce. She also teaches an economic justice seminar, which studies the relationship of legal rules to the distribution of wealth.

Farrell, who is chair of the Finance Department of the College of Business Administration, teaches bank management, among other courses. She has studied executive compensation, CEO turnover and succession, sports celebrity endorsements and the market for football coaches.

Nikolova’s research interests include regulation of the financial sector. She was a senior financial economist for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2010 to 2013. She has taught about financial institutions at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She was named a FDIC Fellow at the FDIC Center for Financial Research in 2007-2008.
