Bio
Katherine Wesley has been a member of the faculty since 2013. She teaches courses on community colleges, law and higher education, human relations and issues in higher education. She advises master’s students and graduate students pursuing the Community College Leadership Certificate. Wesley also serves as the Executive Director of the National Council of Instructional Administrators (NCIA), dedicated to supporting the needs of academic instructional administrators at two-year institutions. She is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. (Updated August 2025).
