Bio

Sabrina Russo is expert in plant ecology, diversity and ecophysiology, especially of forests. Much of her work has been conducted in a rain forest in Borneo. She recently participated in a worldwide study of 673,046 trees on six continents that showed trees grow faster as they age, increasing the contribution of older trees to the Earth’s carbon cycle.
