“BugFest,” the Department of Entomology’s annual open house, is 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 15 in Entomology Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

The open house will include professors and students providing information on a variety of insects, laboratory tours, a fly-tying demonstration, bionic bugs, information on pollinators and bedbugs, and (weather permitting) a bee swarm demonstration.

Parking is available north of the East Union.
