The Dermot P. Coyne Distinguished Lectureship is featured on UNL’s lecture circuit for the week of Sept. 14-20. Mark Tester, a professor at Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, will deliver the lecture, “Understanding and Engineering Salinity Tolerance in Crop Plants,” at 3 p.m. Sept. 16 in the Beadle Center, room E103. The lecture and a 4 p.m. reception in the Beadle Center atrium are free and open to the public.
