A retirement reception for Gaila Friesen is 2 to 5 p.m. May 29 in the Papik Compliance Center in West Memorial Stadium. The event is free and open to faculty, staff and students.
Friesen has worked at UNL for nearly 40 years. She has served as a secretarial specialist in the athletic compliance office for the past 28 years.
