No kill advocacy club hosts student talent show


No Kill Advocacy Club is a student organization that helps raise money and support no-kill animal shelters in the Lincoln community.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln No Kill Advocacy Club presents “Paws for a Beat,” a student-run and performed musical talent show. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. April 6 at the Nebraska Union Ballroom.

All proceeds of the event will be given to Revolution Rescue, a no-kill rescue based in Lincoln. The Bathtub Dogs will open the show; the student talent show will follow. Food will be provided.

Raffle tickets will be sold at the event and are $1 per ticket.

Admission is $5.
