Brandon Thornton, Xplicit poet
Brandon Thornton, a slam poet also known as Xplicit, will take the stage at 7 p.m. Feb. 18 in the Nebraska Union Auditorium. The presentation, organized by OASIS, is free and open to the public.
Thornton was a college math instructor before entering the world of poetry. His passion for education is projected through his spoken word performances. Thornton's work draws from life experiences.
