Nina Tandon, CEO and co-founder of biomedical engineering company EpiBone, will deliver the keynote address for the College of Engineering’s E-Week at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 22 in the Willa S. Cather Dining Complex’s Red Cloud Suite.
EpiBone is the world’s first company to grow human bones for skeletal reconstruction. Tandon’s numerous scientific publications, journal articles, lectures and TED Talks reflect her experience in bioelectrical and biomedical engineering. She speaks on the future of health and technology, and biology’s new industrial revolution.
The event, co-sponsored by UPC Nebraska and the Engineering Student Advisory Board, is free for students with a valid NCard and $5 for faculty, staff and the public.
