Colleen Jones
The University of Nebraska–Lincoln will host a celebration of life for Colleen Jones, emeritus professor of practice in management, 4 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at the Lied Center for Performing Arts. The event is open to the public.
Jones, who died June 18, focused her teaching on leadership, organizational behavior and development, and management communications. She was honored for her servant leadership by the Lincoln Community Foundation in 2023. The award committee identified nearly 20 instances of Jones’ formal community service, including many leadership roles. Read more about Jones’ life and successes.
