The University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Center on Children, Families, and the Law is reflecting on recent project milestones and reimagining new possibilities in its latest annual report.
The center was founded in 1987 and has been helping the helpers for more than three decades by providing training, resources and expertise to helping professionals. Working collaboratively with local, regional and national partners, the center currently oversees 49 grants focused on improving systems that impact individuals, families and communities.
This year’s report highlights a wide range of projects, including the Training Collaborative, Building Trauma-Capable Schools, Youth Homelessness System Improvement, Nebraska Resource Project for Vulnerable Young Children, Answers4Families, Tax Credit Alliance of Nebraska, Safe and Healthy Families Initiative and the National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative.
The center is thankful for its partners and remains committed to its mission of providing an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to improve systems and outcomes for children and families.
