Jeffrey Polkowski is a second year graduate student working on his thesis on residential hardscapes and their role in water pollutants. For his thesis, he is focusing on Antelope Creek and the high amount of E.Coli present in the watershed. He is an intern for the city's watershed management program and through a grant from the EPA, he will do projects for people who live near the creek that can help filter the water that runs into it.
