The UNL Wellness program is offering the last Fit at Work Challenge this semester from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 10 and 11 on City and East campus. The free program is open to all faculty, staff and students.
The Be Fit at Work Challenge is designed to get campus active during the work/school day.
The event will feature a one-mile course with challenge stations to test physical strength, balance, agility and endurance. The course will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
Participants can wear work clothes or workout attire. Tennis shoes are required for all participants.
Both Fit at Work events will be held outside. Participation is free, but pre-registration is requested.

While the event is free, participants are asked to bring a book to donate to a local program.
